![]() Formatted the SSD, and tried installin Win 7 to an empty SCSI. This worked for ~2 days and then I rebooted the computer and all I could get was the BootMgr missing error. I think I read somewhere that this BIOS can be set to legacy, which is what I want to do (so I know what I'm doing, lol).īTW, when I upgraded last week I initially had the OS installed on the SSD. The third SCSI has 5 partitions, 4 formatted and empty, the fifth has the OS. Two of the SCSI are empty, formatted as 1 partition) and have somehow ended up as GPT drives. There are 4 drives in the computer, one SSD (unused) and 3 SCSI. When I get the drive moved up to number 1, I get the error that the Boot MGR is missing, and tells me to restart with Ctrl-Alt-Del. I finally have Win 7 Home Premium installed and running, but the drive is listed number 4 in the boot order. I don't really know where to start, I know nothing about this UEFI stuff. ![]()
